Will Nemirovsky
Co-founder & CEO
Inspired by his own frustrating experience recovering lost money, Will co-founded Sparrow to build a better way. As CEO, he directs company strategy, drawing on his expertise in finance and operations. Previously, he managed products at River Financial and served on the investment team at Republic. Will earned his degree in Finance and Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Jack Goettle
Co-founder & CTO
As Co-founder & CTO, Jack leads Sparrow's engineering team and technical vision. He honed his skills in rapid product development as the Founding Engineer at an early-stage payments startup and as a Software Engineer at Square. Jack holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with highest honors and won multiple engineering awards.
Matthew Knowlton
Chief of Staff
Matt is the Chief of Staff at Sparrow. He comes with a background in customer service, government relations, and casework. Before working at Sparrow, he completed Peace Corps service in Zambia, where he taught English, started after-school programs, and facilitated the community’s building of a library. Prior, he was a Caseworker and Field Representative for his hometown Congressman, Andy Kim. There, he advocated on behalf of constituents to expedite outcomes with a variety of Federal Agencies. Matt is an Eagle Scout and believes in improving the lives of his neighbors. Matt holds a B.A. in World Politics from Hamilton College, where he taught leadership classes.
