Inspired by his own frustrating experience recovering lost money, Will co-founded Sparrow to build a better way. As CEO, he directs company strategy, drawing on his expertise in finance and operations. Previously, he managed products at River Financial and served on the investment team at Republic. Will earned his degree in Finance and Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

As Co-founder & CTO, Jack leads Sparrow's engineering team and technical vision. He honed his skills in rapid product development as the Founding Engineer at an early-stage payments startup and as a Software Engineer at Square. Jack holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with highest honors and won multiple engineering awards.
Head of Client Success · New York, NY
Michael is the Head of Client Success at Sparrow, where he guides claimants through the process from start to finish. He works directly with individuals to answer questions, explain requirements, and make what can often feel like a confusing bureaucratic process much easier to understand. With a background in client service and financial services, Michael focuses on giving each claimant clear guidance and hands-on support throughout the recovery process.

Ishan is the Head of Operations at Sparrow, helping claimants navigate the recovery process while improving the systems behind it. Before joining Sparrow, he held analytics and operations roles at Upstart, Citi, and JPMorgan Chase, where he worked across lending partnerships, financial services, data strategy, and process improvement. Ishan holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Business Analytics from The Ohio State University.

Eric is the Engineering Lead at Sparrow, where he builds the technology that makes recovering unclaimed money simpler, faster, and more reliable. He has worked as a software engineer at multiple early-stage startups and has a background in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. At Sparrow, Eric focuses on turning complicated claims processes into clear, client-friendly software.

Athena leads Customer Support at Sparrow, making sure every claimant feels heard, informed, and taken care of from their first question to their last. She holds a B.S. in Medical Technology, where precision and patience are not optional - and she brings that same care to untangling confusing processes and payment issues for claimants today. For Athena, good support means responding fast, explaining clearly, and never letting someone feel like just a case number.
